The spiritual disciplines are means by which we as individuals and as a community "practice" our faith. These holy actions have been practiced by believers since the earliest times, and are firmly rooted in Christ’s commands and examples in the Gospels. Gathering for Eucharist each week and on special days, centered prayer group, studying Scripture, Faith Formation (classes) for all ages, and our shared common liturgy based on the Book of Common Prayer help to root our community in the traditions of the church.
